Minister's Office

Duties:

1. Studying issues of the clients and referring them to the parties concerned
2. Reviewing the documents received from the directorates or other official bodies and to make sure they meet all the conditions required before presenting them to the Minister
3. Scheduling interviews with the Minister and arranging his official visits
4. Organizing files and official records necessary for the work of the Office
5. Coordination with the Department of Public Relations and the Department of Financial Affairs on the arrangements for the visits to be made by the Minister outside the kingdom

General Secretary Office

Duties:
