Assistant Secretary-General for Technical Affairs shall be in charge of the following:
1. Propose the general policies for the following departments:
· Department of Institutions of Higher Education.
· Department of Scholarships and Student Affairs.
· Department of Certificates.
· Department of Agreements and Cultural Relations.
2. Setting up plans for the programs and projects of the affiliated departments.
3. Overseeing the evaluation of these plans and programs, changing and monitoring them.
4. Participation in the development of work as well as improvement of methods of technical and procedural performance.
