Assistant Secretary-General for Administrative and Financial affairs shall be in charge of the following:
1. Propose general policies for the following departments:
· Department of Administrative Affairs.
· Department of Financial Affairs
· Department of Information Technology
· Department of Media and Public Relations
2. Setting up plans for the programs and projects of the affiliated departments.
3. Overseeing the evaluation of these plans and programs, changing and monitoring them.
4. Participation in the development of work as well as methods of technical and procedural performance.
