The Ministry participates in a study visit to Estonian Business School

In the framework of the capacity-building project in the field of higher education (Modernising Human Resources Management in South Mediterranean Higher Education "RISE") co-funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Union and coordinated by Princess Sumaya University of Technology "PSUT", the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHE), represented by the Head of the Policies and Planning Unit, Head of the Projects' and International Cooperation Unit, and Head of the HR Management Department participated in the study visit to Estonian Business School which was held in Tallinn, Estonia during the period 2-6/4/2017.

The study visit was for the purpose of having a first-hand training on the current European practices in terms of recruitment, promotion and retention of academic staff at HEIs.

The study visit included a series of PowerPoint presentations and discussion sessions, as well as working in groups.
