The Ministry participates in a study visit to the University of Rouen
In the framework of the Erasmus+ Project (Modernising Human Resources Management in South Mediterranean Higher Education (RISE), which is co-funded by the Erasmus program of the European Union and coordinated by (Princess Sumaya University for Technology) in Jordan, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHE), represented by the Director of the HR and Institutional Development Directorate, Head of the Policies and Planning Unit, and the Head of the HR Management Department participated in the study visit held at the University of Rouen.
The aim of this study visit that extended during the period 10-13 May 2016 comes into two parts: i) to widen participating institutions' knowledge of HRM model that operates at European prestigious universities and the way of capacity building that aims at robust organizational efficiency, and ii) to help upgrading and modernizing people management throughout participating institutions. 
  • The envisioned aim of this four-days benchmarking study is to:
  • Introduce the participants to the Capacity building modalities that enhance organizational efficiency at University of Rouen.
  • Assess parenting universities' needs based on their points of weakness and strength.
  • Monitor the results of the questionnaire for sake of defining the outline of training program for universities that includes training materials, training tools and E-training.
